We work with two constituencies, in two contexts, across one boundary. That boundary is the essence of our discovery.

How do people and organizations relate with each other, exchange ideas and share? Our research led us to eight categories for topics that we believe are the foundation of those exchanges at the boundary.

 

 

Agility and flexibility and resilience and empowerment are highly connected to change and the learning associated with change. These eight topics drive our content categorization through the site.

 

 

And then, within the broad categories and specific subtopics lies the subject matter of our tagging system.
